Studio Legale Associato M&M is a young and dynamic boutique law firm operating both nationally and internationally, providing legal and multidisciplinary services.
The firm was founded in 2012 by Antonella Marongiu and Maria Grazia Marongiu, two tenacious, dedicated and ambitious professionals who, after gaining experience at leading national and international law firms in Milan, decided to join forces and establish the firm.
All professionals engage in open dialogue with clients, visiting their premises to fully understand their actual needs and the specific characteristics of their industry.
The firm advises multinationals, industrial groups and SMEs in the biomedical, energy transition, circular economy and ICT sectors. Among its clients, leading operators in the biogas and biomethane sector controlled by international institutional investors.
The firm also handles crimes against the family and domestic and gender-based violence, collaborating with several anti-violence centres in Milan and Busto Arsizio. It provides assistance to women and minors in all criminal and civil proceedings.
